hex..long tm no post liao..walo i sprain my leg again..
before training i play netball wif hazel n bee siew den when going take the netball tat hazel throw,i jump den kena lah..den no choice cannot go training lah..den regena also twisted her ankle so both of us never go training den look at them train onli lah..den ltr their training finish liao den we all go hm lah..when go hm ankle no pro so dun give a damn..den wed go training den my leg ache lyk dunnoe wad so thur go c chi doc do acupuncture(got pic give) den doc say cannot go p.e training or even shopping so fri after sku straight go hm after lunch wif 1608.den i m asked to c the doc again on sat den tis tm u knee pro..haha..den he give mii another 3 days mc for p.e n training..lols..the third pic is the stuff tat make on my leg..den the others pic is the effect lols..is the person take th emetal thingy n wet is wif dunnoe wad den put fire lah..den dunoe hw make the fire inside the container den put on my leg lols..is lyk damn pain lah..den u c the blue parking is the doc draqw on my leg then the person take the container n measure on my leg den put fire lah..kkies is all lyk tat lah..is kind ofpain tat i must say..they still got put medicine and the cover is not waterproof so cannot ath..until the next day afternoon or nite lah..so the next morning i onli wipe myself den go sku..it was lyk damn uncomfortable lols..so the moral of tis whole storyis try not to sprint ur ankle coz the pain sucks..
