first u smell the tea using the cups that is filled wif water .

den pour the tea into the cup n muz finish it within 3 sips .

went to tea chapter on 11 july took some pictures which is posted above . n it wasn't quite fun but wif jimm n guys' crap it was quite fun . LOL . they thought us th history of hw tea leaf came alive . n smth lyk tat lar . went back sku go training . run 15 rounds court den warm-up n blah blah blah . den suddenly jasmine fell m hurt her ankle . poor her . monday she nid run 2.4 km den her ankle hurt so badly . dk hw she going t run . i hope it is going t be alright .
